Bookings Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. When you make an appointment with us, we guarantee you this time to take care of your needs. If you cancel, change or fail to turn up to your appointment without 48 hours notice, you are responsible for the cost of your appointment (and any deposit paid is forfeit). We waive this for emergencies only. This is with respect to us and other clients who may have wanted your appointment time. As cancellations have a significant impact on us, we need to enforce our cancellation policy and trust you understand our need to do so.

Do I Need an Appointment?

Short answer – yes! We are extremely busy and our therapists book out weeks ahead. We strongly recommend making a booking a minimum of a week ahead. You are more then welcome to walk-in or phone us for a same-day appointment, however please don’t be offended if we cannot accommodate you.

    Salon Etiquette

    As a courtesy to our other clients, and to maintain a relaxing environment, we ask that you do not bring friends or family, including children or babies to your appointment. We run very fully booked, so our seating areas often can comfortably accommodate clients only.
